Hubby & I went out this afternoon to pick up a few things for around the house & do some shopping! We grabbed a few Christmas gifts (still need to set up a separate blog for sharing my Christmas bus!). I decided to wander around while hubby ate at the mall and foolishly wandered into ROOTS. I ***LOVE*** ROOTS!
Turns out they were having a sale... (uh oh!) so, I used some of my custom order $$ I had saved & bought myself a new Alma Jacket in wheat colour. It's warm & comfy and perfect for fall. I think I'll be wearing it around the house a lot! It's that comfy!! Hubby preferred this oatmeal mix colour on me over the dark grey so I went with it... It's really pretty! I love the side buttons on it especially, and the way it flaps open when you don't have it done up all the way.
It's a little pricey but ROOTS stuff seems to last forever so I think I'll get years out of this! :) I got 20% off of the retail price.
Also, I've decided against a new point & shoot camera for now. I think I'm going to sit tight on that for now & wait. Morgan said I could use her little camera anytime so I'll just use it when I need it & if I see that I'm using it a LOT I'll reconsider buying myself a little Nikon. Or put it on my Christmas list for hubby! ;)
Well it's 7:30 & I have to give the girls a bath, bake bread, do laundry, tidy up & sew before we watch The Avengers tonight! So I need to get it in gear! I hope everyone had a great day!
