Some sewing to share....

Last night while the girls were watching Wipeout & laughing their heads off, I snuck downstairs for an hour or so of glorious me time! ;) I made this mug rug as a "thank-you" for Morgans 4 boxes of Candy Corn Oreos!

My star isn't *perfect*, my seams lining up to perfection need work, but after seam ripping it out twice I decided to leave well enough alone! That's part of the charm of handmade projects right?! They're never "truly" perfect in every way because they're made with loving hands instead of a machine!

Another item I made earlier this week is a winter themed table runner for a custom order. I decided to make this runner fully reversible for more versatility! :)

I also completed the last set of placemats & napkins. Again they're fully reversible so you have double the options when using them! :)

Today i'll be pkg'ing this up & getting it sent off to its new home!! And now I have a stack of new orders to work on and a few emails to return about other orders! I really am blessed! Oh, the best part, I get to order new fabric for my orders!! :) lol!

Well I'm off for the day! I have so much to do for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow! Before I sign off, thanks so much for everyones prayers & well wishes! I so appreciate the kind comments, emails & even an unexpected phone call from a dear friend to make sure we were all "ok"! That was a treat!! :) Everyone seems to be fever free today & in good spirits so hopefully now we are on the road to wellness once again! Yay!!
