The back of the ring is stretchy, so it can fit all sizes. I have *tiny* hands, my ring size is a 4, and it fit me. I thought it may pinch or something, but it is very comfortable on and doesn't pinch whatsoever. I wore it for a while with no issues! So the comfort level is an A+!
