Reading: I'm still working on "Picture Perfect"... it's a great novel, I just need more time!
Watching: Don't think i'll be watching much of anything tonight... I decided to ignore my "to do" list today and play outside with the girls and break in my new lens. So I still have a mile long list that needs done. I'll probably just watch Joel Osteen at 10 and sew and work on stuff on my "to do" list till that time.
Listening to: The girls are playing with their stuffed animals in the bedroom, Morgans practicing guitar, and I can hear Dallas talking to his friends way down in the basement.
Baking/Cooking: 2 loaves of bread and that's about it. I'm hoping to talk Morgan into baking something for me tonight... ;) lol!
Happy you accomplished this week: We sent a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my sweet SIL who just got out of surgery... it made her happy and I love being able to surprise someone and put a smile on their face when they're feeling not so great! These are what they looked like on the site, but her arrangement contained well over 20 carnations by the photo she posted on FB! It was sooo packed full! Really impressed with the service, i'll be posting about it soon!
Looking forward to next week: Well... it's my birthday on Thursday and hubby bought me awesome floor tickets to see Eric Church & Colt Ford in concert!! We haven't been out on my birthday before as hubby usually works, and well, we all know how commercialized & overrated Valentines Day is, so we avoid the crowds & inflated prices. I'm pretty excited for this concert and spending the night with my sweet man! :)
Thankful for today: Lots of blessings over the last week!
One of my sweet blog readers emailed me this morning wondering if I was interested in a book i've had on my wish list forever... One Yard Wonders! I love 'little' projects so i'm very excited to see this book and try out some of the wonderful projects in it! That totally made my day, especially after yesterday!
I got my new Ottlite!! (well 2, but decided to keep just one)
I received a nice chunk of unexpected money which beefed up our EF by $1K and bought myself a new (used once!) lens!!
My awesome cousin (by however many relations i'm not sure, but all the same) is helping me with my blog buttons etc!! I have new buttons coming up soon! Yay!!
I received a few more custom orders! One of which will completely pay for Morgan's March guitar lessons!! :)
Bonus Question: Are you musically gifted/talented? Do you play any instruments? Sing? Me, not so much. My voice is not one of my greatest gifts... ;) I love the piano, but only know a few keys. lol! One day when I have more "me" time I shall learn something on the piano!!
