I ran to out this morning to grab a few items for orders and came back with 6 yards of interfacing, and I had just ran out so was happy to see it on sale for $2.00/yard! I also grabbed some yellow Minky for a baby set, replenished some navy & purple fabric, and grabbed a few new ones that were on sale that I liked...
After I posted the Bible Tote Bag I made, I received another tote bag order with these... so really needed more as I was almost out already after making a few items.. popular fabrics!!
The middle fabric will be used for a tote bag & baby set, it goes with the other 3 yellow & grey fabrics I grabbed not too long ago, but missed it. I *LOVE* the plaid... thinking it's gonna look super cool on something or other!! loll

Since I was up before the roosters this morning, I figured I may as well be productive, so I sewed. I completed a custom order for Judy (who is once again back to blogging!)...

This is a 'mini' set of budget wallets. Each wallet measurs at 4" x 3"ish. :)
I also completed a Beach Bag & zippy wallet order!! I absolutely *LOVE* how these turned out... so feminine & fun I think!! Perfect for a beach bum kind of day if you ask me!!

And I also made a few other fabric purchases, but i'll save those for when they come in. Since I was buying mostly Fat Quarters (18" x 22" piecies of fabric), i'm trying to build up a stash of 1 yard fabrics, for tote bags, baby sets, etc... FQ's are great for wallets, and smaller items, but they don't really work for "bigger items". Anyways, I'll share photo's of the rest of my fabric purchases when they come in... I managed to find 2 Canadian fabric stores with beautiful designer fabrics with awesome shipping rates!! :)
Well i'm off... i'm really dragging it today, so not sure if i'll be back with this weeks budget till maybe tomorrow, unless I get a burst of energy all of a sudden, but I keep falling asleep, so don't count on it. lol!
