Tuesday 'To Do' list....
This is a public service announcement...

Good things...

My desk planner, "Day Designer"...

***

Good Morning! It's another cloudy day here with a grand high of -7c this afternoon, cloudy, grey skies, icy roads and snow is supposed to fall. Most of the snow is gone once again as it rained literally all day yesterday!

I'm taking inventory of my day and looking forward, my 'to do' list is much shorter than the list that I posted yesterday, so that is a good thing! Tonight I have tickets to see "Vigilante" at the Grand Theatre and I'm excited for that one! It's a rock musical and should be an awesome show!!

Yesterday I had someone pick up a cork NCW, which I'm donating to a charity auction for the Alzheimer's Society of London, while she was here, she made a nice (and unexpected!) purchase. I have a small pick-up today as well, so I'll be pooling those funds together to order pizza for my gang and tucking a bit aside for the checker cab home. That'll make my day easier and save me a nice chunk of time to complete a couple of custom orders instead of spending it in the kitchen cooking!

A couple of good things I'm grateful for this week...

  • For some reason I thought I was overbudget for the week, but quite the opposite actually. I think that perhaps I hadn't looked at my bank account for a longer than I thought, and noticed a few PayPal deposits that I had forgotten about! So I was able to move a nice chunk of change over to savings! That bumped up my down payment goal by a nice little bit!! I'm now 40% through this savings goal for the year! Unfreakingbelievable!! Eep! I need to keep up this momentum though as I still need to save up for new furniture and other moving and house costs!
  • I am almost caught up with my customs, and am hoping to have all my current customs (or at least most!) crossed off of my list by the week! I have a gift that I've been wanting to make on my list for the last few weeks but haven't had the time to actually tackle it yet. So some free sewing time would be nice!
  • Since my budget isn't as shattered as I had thought, I placed a small local pork order for the week as well. New budget for the week will kick in tomorrow but I'm expecting to be able to shove some into our savings account this week as well from the "overage" so to speak. I still want to grab my kids a small Valentine's Day gift each (and I do mean small... under $10 budget per kid), but that won't break our budget.

Well on that note I'm off for the day... I need to get things moving! Enjoy your day everyone!!
