Last Sunday I placed an online order with Marks. Today I checked my email to find my shipping info and surprisingly I was never sent a confirmation of my order, nor any shipping info. Since it was a $152.00 order, I called Marks for an update. Apparently they have NO record of my order.
A ‘glitch’ in the system somewhere.
They told me to call PayPal to get it resolved. So I called PayPal and they’re telling me it’s on Marks end. So what do I do? I call Marks again... nope. They have nothing. I’m told to sit and wait for PayPal to reverse it.
What. A. Mess.
And the best part is that i’ve literally wasted over TWO hours of my day ON THE DAMN PHONE, either on hold or trying to sort out this mess with absolutely NO resolution on either end.
Good times... I think i’m just going to call this entire week a write off and be done with it honestly...
